Having acted for commercial building landlords, some of Sydney’s largest developers, residential real estate agencies on multiple projects from inception to completion, our Solicitor Director experienced at structuring complex transactions.

Known for being pragmatic, commercially-focused, our solicitor director regularly provides advice to SMEs on a wide range of issues including intellectual property, loan and mortgage documentation, company structuring, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts.
